for your party, event or just for dinner! We are also available for concession purposes & no event is too large or small. We can supply you with the meat & sides that will have your guests drooling. We do the work, you get the credit!

We will deliver your meat selections to you whole, pulled or sliced & with all the amenities if desired. We can supply hot & cold sides as well as beverages, rolls, sauces & condiments at your request. Pricing is done based on your needs so
